1.Q:Remote doesn't work

   A:Ask the client if the doesn't work at all or is it working just very poorly. If it is working very poorly they will get a better reception if they could direct the remote to the sensor light on the TV. It should receive the signal better if you focus it to the sensor.

2.Q:Selecting an input

   A:Press the input button on the remote. Move down/up to the desired input and press the VOL+ button to confirm.

3.Q:Screen flashes in the beginning (rainbow)

   A:When you switch on the TV it will make a flash where you can see all the colors for a second. In the end the TV might not even work any more. There is a problem with the power on the TV.

4.Q:The TV doesn't turn on any more. Red light only, or green light on the TV but on picture.

   A:Unplug the power cord from the wall. Let it rest for 2-3 minutes. Put the cord back and try to restart the TV. If the picture still won't come on then try to hold down the power button on the side of the TV for 30 seconds.

5.Q:Menu popping up.

   A:Press Menu and move with the VOL+ button to Advance. See what it states after timer. See that it is 0. You can also do a Memory Recall. You'd need to Press the Menu button, move with Vol+ to System and go down with Prog- to Memory Recall. To do the recall you need to press the VOL+ button. It will reset all the info on the OSD. If the menus still keeps popping up then the TV need to come to us for repairs.

6.Q:No sound, but picture

   A:See that the TV is not on mute. Press the Menu, move with VOL+/- to TV-Channel and go down with the prog- button to sound system. The Sound System needs to be Auto or B/G. If it something else then you have to set it as AUTO.  Also you can look that the program area is Australia.

7.Q:Auto scan

   A:Press the Menu, move with VOL+/- to TV-Channel and go down with the prog- button to Auto Scan. To start it you need to press the VOL+ button.

8.Q:Screen size in DTV

   A:If customers call and complain that it is not full screen picture. That it has bars on both sides and it's not 16:9 picture then they'd need to change the screen size to 16:9 by pressing the Pmode button on the remote.  If the picture still changes back to bars on side then you'd need to do a First Time Installation. This is like Reset. Press the menu button underneath the Yellow button. Go down with the arrow/pause button to System Settings and then select First Time Installation. It will ask you if you are sure. Move to OK  and press the OK/sub. left button. Then you need to do the Channel scan again

9.Q:Moving around in DTV menu.

   A:You need to use the buttons underneath red, green, yellow and blue buttons. You can see their menu, arrows to left/ right and up/down. With these arrows you can move in the DTV on screen menu.
