1.Q:New TV doesn't work.

A:First switch the power button on underneath the TV. The button in on the right side under the TV screen. Then power the TV up from the remote and do the Channel Scan

2.Q:Channel Scan

A:Press the Menu button, go down with the down arrow to TV, press OK and move down to Channel scan. To start the Scan you'd need to press OK on the remote.

3.Q:Can't get picture from TV output to your DVD or VCR recorder input. Only audio.

A:If a customer wants to record a Digital Channels from the TV to his DVD or VCR recorder he might encounter that he only records  audio and no picture. This happens because our TV's outputs send out only analog signal and no digital signal. For example when a customer hooks up his other TV and tries to get the picture from Digital television to his Digital or analog TV, then he can only get analog TV channels running on the second TV. Solution how to record the TV channels would be to use a aerial cable/signal splitter which would divide the signal to 2. Use one aerial cable for the aerial input on the DVD/VCR recorder and the other aerial plug into the TV aerial input. That way you can record channels with your DVD / VCR recorder, but probably only analogue channels. It depends what tuner you have built in your DVD/VCR recorder. If you'd like to record HD channels you'd need to buy a set top box because the set top box is able to send out digital signal what you can record with your DVD/VCR recorder.

4.Q:The Screen is Gray or white

A:First make sure that the TV is on. Ask if the blue light is on the TV. Then boot up the TV and try to get to the Menu. If the Screen is one plain colour and it won't go to the menu then unplug the TV from the wall. Let it rest for 2-3 minutes. Plug it back in see if it makes any difference. If there is still no picture, you can't get the menu up or do anything then the panel is faulty. Some cables might be losing.
