1.Q:TV doesn't work. No picture, no power
A:See if the red light on the TV comes on. See if the cable to the power adapter is pushed in fully. Power up the TV, do the Channel scan/Auto tune.
2.Q:Set up the TV channels
A:See that the aerial is plugged in. Power up the TV. Press menu and go with down arrow down to AUTO TUNE and press OK. It will start going thru the frequencies.
3.Q:TV picture is poor
A:First check if the cable is properly in the aerial input. If the TV has found some channels after the auto tune, then it is usually nothing to do with the TV. The TV works fine. They can try to do the Auto tune couple of times again to see maybe it picks up a better signal. If the picture is still poor the problem is that the signal is weak. They can also try to plug the TV into another room to see maybe the signal is better there. It might be that the cable has been divided to get the signal to other rooms and maybe that's why the signal has lost its strength. If they have used an analog TV and they have an analog antenna on the roof that might be the problem why the Tv signal is weak. Analog and digital signals are different. When analog signal is weak you might get a fuzzy picture but if the signal is weak with DTV then you won't find the channels at all. They should contact an antenna expert to find a best way to boost the signal or go over the cable connections.
4.Q:DVD player or USB or SD doesn't work
A:First select from the source DVD. If you want to watch the any of the 3 formats you need to make sure that the source is on that particular source. Press the USB button on the side of the DVD player or RED A button on the remote to select between USB port,SD card and DVD. See that the selected device is also in. See also problem nr. 10.
5.Q:USB or SD card files freeze up.
A:If the unit freezes up with some movies or pictures we need to make sure if it is the TV or the USB or SD card which is faulty. Could you just put a different movie on USB and see if you can watch this one. You can also try to forward it to see if the problem comes up again. There might be a bad sector on the USB stick and the TV is a bit sensitive maybe that's why it gets jammed up. Just try with another movie and see if it does the same thing.
6.Q:TV say's no signal or no card for USB or SD card although the device is inserted
A:Regarding to SD: Make sure that the card is SD and not SDHC which the TV won't accept. They are different formats. Regarding USB: the port might not accept all USB stick. Ask the customer to try another USB stick. maybe it will accept that. If you try to hook up a external hard drive then the hard drive will need extra power supply to power the hard drive. TV won't send a power thru the USB cable to run the hard drive. For both devices: make sure that the device doesn't have any viruses on. Sometimes it is good to do a format for the SD card or USB stick to clean it up from bad files.
7.Q:AV inputs don't work
A:Please check that you have connected the inputs correctly. Then put the device on and select the source from the TV. Press Source and select AV, HDMI etc. where you have plugged the connectors in.

A:You need to do the channel swap as follows: Press the menu button, move down to program edit. Select the channel what you want to move and press the Yellow ( C ) button. Move the channel with up or down arrows where you'd like it to be and press the Menu button. If the TV manages to forget the channel lineup, as you have put them, all the time, then there might be something wrong with the TV. Note that Radio channels can only be put between radio channels, DTV channels between DTV channels and ATV (analog) between ATV channels.
9.Q:The Screen is Gray or white
A:First make sure that the TV is on. Ask if the blue light is on the TV. Then boot up the TV and try to get to the Menu. If the Screen is one plain color and it won't go to the menu then unplug the TV from the wall. Let it rest for 2-3 minutes. Plug it back in see if it makes any difference. If there is still no picture, you can't get the menu up or do anything then the panel is faulty. Some cables might be losing.
10.Q:DVD loader doesn't work properly. Comes up no disc or disc error
A:It might be that the insertion or ejecting of a DVD disc it might be hard. It doesn't want to take the disc in and when it is in it doesn't want to come out. It not might also read the disc saying no disc or disc error. There might be something wrong with the DVD loader.
