1.Q:Freezes up
A:Does it froze up with only one disc or all discs. If it's one disc then it is the problem with a disc. If it all of the discs is the unit doing something else.
2.Q:Faded picture. Can see the picture in the background
A:If you can see the picture in the background or faded, then it might be the problem of the button which switches of the screen. The small button corner of the screen and unit. Try to push that button down and play with it and see if the picture lights up fully. If not then there is the problem with the switch.
3.Q:Doesn't read discs (DVDs). "Loading Disc" all the time
A:Ask if it does it with all the CD.s. If so then there is probably something wrong with the DVD loader. Unit need to come to us.
4.Q:Battery don’t last.
A:Have you charged it as it's stated in the User Manual. What you can try is to play the unit until it is totally empty and then recharge it for about 6 hours (slow recharge). If the green light is on then it means its full and try to see how long the unit last when playing the DVD disc. If it last only 30 minutes - 45 there something wrong. If the unit is new it should definitely run for at least an 90 minutes.
5.Q:Time information on the display when playing Divx movies
A:If the customer has trouble getting the Time elapse or time information off from the screen he would need to press the display button on the remote control until it stated "Display off" That should get the time information off from the screen.
6.Q:Volume too low
A:On that portable you can change the volume from two places. On is on the side on the unit, where you can scroll the volume and you can also change the volume level with the remote. The internal volume. Find the buttons on the remote where you can change the volume level.
