1.Q:No Power

   A:See that the power cable is properly hooked to the photo frame. If the power doesn't come on there might be something wrong inside the unit.

2.Q:Want to use the Pile manager mode

   A:Go To setup, photo settings, Browse and select from there File manager and press play. Then you'd need to move to Auto Play in setup and switch photo to OFF. Then you can use the file manager to see the file names.

3.Q:Won't read the SD card

   A:See that the card is SD not SD HC. The unit won't accept SD High Capacity cards.

4.Q:Card Adapter

   A:It won't read different cards then SD/MMC/MS. It can only read form USB or from the card slot. You can't use a adapter. Not suitable for digital photo frame
